Notable Capital welcomes former Revrod Founder and CEO, Eliya Elon, as Entrepreneur-In-Residence based out of Tel Aviv.
Israel has long been one of the world’s most dynamic tech ecosystems—home to groundbreaking innovation in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools, and AI. At Notable Capital, we’ve believed in the strength and creativity of Israeli founders from the very beginning. Over the last five years alone, we’ve invested more than $400 million in Israeli startups, partnering with companies like Orca Security, Monte Carlo, Descope, Gem Security, Torq, and many others. Now, we’re taking the next step by welcoming Eliya Elon as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence based in Tel Aviv and having a consistent presence in-market.
While the broader Notable team is based in Silicon Valley, we know proximity matters – especially in the early stages when every decision feels urgent. As a founder, operator, and advisor, Eliya brings firsthand experience with early-stage company building, most recently as co-founder and CEO of Revrod, a Notable portfolio company acquired by Torq. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Eliya will be part of the day-to-day flow: meeting with and supporting founders, hosting community events, and helping foster the same open exchange of ideas we’ve always valued.
Since 2018, our team has made quarterly trips to Tel Aviv to spend time on the ground with founders, hear what they’re building, and strengthen our ties to the local ecosystem. We’ve also welcomed some of our U.S.-based portfolio founders to Tel Aviv to learn, share, and collaborate across markets.
Our N1 program, designed to help early-stage startups secure design partnerships, refine go-to-market strategies, hire critical early talent, and plan for international expansion, will now have an on-the-ground presence in Israel through Eliya. This enables even more hands-on support to help founders hit product-market fit faster and scale with confidence.
For us, this decision is about more than sourcing great deals. It’s about being part of the community—listening to founders, showing up consistently, and being useful long after the first check is written. We’re proud to support Israeli entrepreneurs as they build the future, and we’re excited to do it with even greater presence and intent.
If you’re building something ambitious—we’d love to connect.
